What Happened
Caio Induscar, a Brazilian bus manufacturer, has delivered an additional 20 Apache VIP V buses to Consórcio Fênix, which operates urban transport in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. The total batch now stands at 30 buses, delivered between late 2025 and early 2026. The buses are built on a Volkswagen 17.230 front-engine chassis with Euro VI technology to reduce emissions, and feature full air suspension and an 8-speed automatic transmission.
