Changan Automobile brand officials reported on 25 September that retail bookings for the Nevo Q06 reached 35,000 units within a day of its official sales launch on September 23.
The mid-size crossover retails across an official price span of 139,900 to 169,900 yuan ($20,845 to $25,315). Built on a 2,940 mm wheelbase, the five-seat vehicle provides 782 liters of rear trunk capacity alongside a 196-liter storage bay under the front bonnet.
Driver assistance hardware includes a roof-mounted 256-line LiDAR unit coupled with 11 cameras and three millimetre-wave radars. The sensor array feeds an onboard processor delivering 560 TOPS of compute, supporting automatic stopping up to 135 km/h and emergency steering between 60 and 120 km/h.
