What Happened

Force Motors Limited reported total domestic wholesales of 36,536 units in FY 2025–26, a 20% increase from 30,531 units in FY 2024–25. The growth was driven by strong demand in both urban and rural passenger mobility segments, as well as continued strength in institutional and defence businesses.

The Force Traveller maintained its leadership in the light commercial vehicle segment with over 70% market share, reflecting strong customer trust across applications including school and ambulance segments.

The Urbania recorded over 100% growth in volumes, strengthening its position in premium passenger mobility. The Trax platform also saw over 70% increase in volumes, gaining traction in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets aided by GST rationalisation and improved affordability.

Our performance this year reflects the way we are steadily shaping the business—being more focused, disciplined, and aligned to the segments where we know and believe that we can lead. The Force Urbania is setting new benchmarks in premium shared mobility, while the Trax platform is helping improve connectivity across the country.
Mr. Prasan Firodia, Managing Director, Force Motors Limited

Why this matters

The growth highlights Force Motors' strengthening position in the light commercial and passenger mobility markets, with the Traveller maintaining over 70% market share and the Urbania and Trax platforms seeing triple-digit growth.
