Students from partner institutions in eight countries took part in the 2026 Hyundai Service Talent Academy.
Participants completed hands-on technical training at Hyundai Motor's Cheonan Global Learning Center, working directly with real components and equipment to build the maintenance skills required of future service professionals. They also visited key facilities spanning Hyundai Motor Group's integrated value chain, from steel manufacturing to production to service, to understand how each stage contributes to vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. The 10 instructors will return to their home institutions to develop and deliver Hyundai Motor-specialized curricula, while the 18 students will continue developing their careers in the automotive service sector in their home countries. Hyundai Motor said it will work with local educational institutions, overseas subsidiaries and dealer networks to create pathways for qualified graduates to pursue opportunities within its global sales and service network.
