What Happened
Hyundai Mobis announced the full operation of its new plant in Kecskemet, Hungary, dedicated to supplying chassis modules to Mercedes-Benz. The plant, covering 50,000 square meters, uses a Just-In-Sequence system for real-time production and delivery. It will initially supply modules for electric and hybrid vehicles from the German carmaker.
