What Happened
Lucid Group announced the appointment of Neil Marsons as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. Marsons, who previously served as Group Chief Procurement Officer at Rolls-Royce and held executive supply chain roles at JCB and Jaguar Land Rover, will be responsible for expanding and strengthening the company's global supply chain. He will closely partner across the organization to support production at Lucid's facilities in Arizona and Saudi Arabia. Over the past six months, Marsons served in an advisory capacity to Lucid, supporting its supply chain strategy before moving into the full-time role reporting to Interim CEO Marc Winterhoff.
