What Happened
In a letter to customers published on October 26, 2022, Mobileye founder and CEO Amnon Shashua celebrated the company's return to the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker MBLY. He highlighted that the five-year period as a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel helped accelerate the business, allowing Mobileye to develop advanced ADAS technologies including REM mapping, RSS driving policy, True Redundancy sensing, and the EyeQ system-on-chip. Shashua noted that more than 800 vehicle models have been produced with Mobileye systems, and over 125 million vehicles are equipped with the company's technology.
