What Happened
On June 9, 2026, 40 Solaris Urbino 12 electric buses were officially handed over to MZK Toruń. The contract, signed in May 2025, also includes charging infrastructure with plug-in and pantograph chargers at the depot and across the city. This brings the total number of fully electric Solaris buses operating in Toruń to 50, building on a gradual electrification since 2022.
