NextStar Energy has produced its one-millionth battery cell at its Windsor, Ontario facility. The plant began commercial cell production in November 2025 and has rapidly scaled. Over $5 billion CAD has been invested and more than 1,300 employees have been hired. The facility holds ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 certifications, reflecting commitment to sustainability, safety, and quality.
