Scania expands Services 360 to cover electric and used trucks
2024
What Happened
Scania's Services 360 portfolio, first introduced in 2024, is now available for both new battery-electric vehicles and used combustion-engine trucks. The expansion includes four packages for used vehicles — Core, Plus, Full, and Pro — with varying levels of service and maintenance, while electric truck customers can access the Full package, which covers all repairs, system interactions, and unexpected issues. The offering is built on Flexible Maintenance planning and a suite of digital tools, aiming to support customers of all fleet sizes and powertrain types.
- Core, Plus, Full, Pro
- Full
“We want our battery-electric truck customers to only focus on maximising the use of their vehicles. By offering a single service level – Full – we ensure that every repair, every interaction between systems and every unexpected issue is handled and covered by Scania, giving our electric truck customers all the support they need.”
Why this matters
The move reflects growing sales of electric and used trucks and helps Scania support customer profitability across all powertrain types.
