What Happened

Continental has completed the sale of its French service and distribution operations, ContiTrade France, to ASC Investment. The transaction, first announced in December 2025, includes more than 130 company-owned BestDrive outlets, two retreading facilities, and the administrative support functions, affecting around 1,200 employees. All service outlets will remain part of Continental’s BestDrive France network under franchise agreements.
