What Happened
Donkervoort has entered the Israeli market, following its expansions into the UAE and USA last year. The company has sold two D8 GTO-JD70 models and multiple F22 supercars to customers in Israel, and it operates a servicing outlet, Auto Italia, in the country.
One notable customer is Dr. Sasha Goryunov, also known as Dr. Tel Aviv, a long-time Donkervoort enthusiast who owns many models including three of only 10 D10s ever made. His bespoke Bare Naked Carbon GTO-JD70 has just arrived in Israel.
Why this matters
Israel's high import taxes make supercars expensive, but Donkervoort's entry shows strong demand from dedicated enthusiasts and expands the brand's global footprint.
