Hero MotoCorp Taps Ishaan Khatter as Brand Ambassador for Xoom Scooter
2026
What Happened
Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, announced actor and youth icon Ishaan Khatter as the brand ambassador for its Hero Xoom scooter. The company also launched a new campaign built around a recreated version of a nostalgic song, with the tagline 'Get, Set, Xoom'.
“Hero Xoom reflects our focus on building products and brands that resonate with young India. With its distinctive design, performance-driven features and strong street presence, it offers a differentiated riding experience. This campaign strengthens our connect with new-age riders, and we are delighted to have Ishaan Khatter on board, whose personality aligns seamlessly with the spirit of Hero Xoo”
The campaign features Ishaan Khatter performing stunts and dancing with a co-rider on Xoom scooters, set to an upbeat soundtrack. The film was created by McCann India, part of Omnicom Advertising India, and the song is sung by Usha Uthup.
“Working with Hero MotoCorp on the Hero Xoom has been an incredible experience. What I love about this film is that it blends thrill with a touch of romance. We have set it around a fun, spontaneous scooter date, brought alive with a recreated version of a truly iconic song. It has the perfect mix of nostalgia and youthful energy.”
The Hero Xoom lineup includes three variants: Xoom 110, Xoom 125, and Xoom 160, featuring Fastest Acceleration, 14-14 wheels, LED projector headlamp, and front disc brake. The Xoom 110 and 125 are available at Hero MotoCorp dealerships, while the Xoom 160 is sold at Hero Premia dealerships.
Why this matters
The partnership aims to strengthen Hero MotoCorp's connection with young Indian riders by associating the Xoom scooter with Ishaan Khatter's energetic and spontaneous personality.
