What Happened
Hero MotoCorp unveiled Flex Fuel versions of its iconic Splendor+ and HF Deluxe motorcycles in New Delhi on June 3, 2026, with support from government ministers. The motorcycles are compatible with ethanol blends from E20 to E85, significantly lowering the carbon footprint of daily travel. They will be introduced in Delhi and parts of Maharashtra in July 2026, followed by a nationwide rollout.
