Hero MotoSports Team Rally concluded a fierce week of racing at the 2026 Desafio Ruta 40 in Argentina with strong top-10 placements. Ross Branch secured 9th overall and 8th in Rally GP, while teammate Nacho Cornejo claimed 9th in the elite Rally GP category. The rally covered diverse terrain including dunes, dry riverbeds, salt flats, and high-altitude Andes crossings.
The event also marked a commercial success for Hero MotoCorp in Latin America, engaging regional distributors, partners, media, and fans. Team manager Wolfgang Fischer noted that the team and machinery performed optimally, and testing is planned to build consistency for future events.
“It's been another incredible week of rally racing here in Argentina. We've raced through some truly spectacular terrain, and I'm grateful for every kilometer. The result isn't exactly where we want to be, but I'm happy with the progress we made through the rally.”
