What Happened
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has introduced the Smart Maintenance Plan (SMP), a pre-paid after-sales offering for existing customers. Available to all private and commercial vehicle owners, the plan can be bought at purchase or later at any authorized dealer workshop. Customers can choose from various service configurations including labour-only, parts and labour, and optional wear-and-tear coverage for clutch and brake parts.
