What Happened
Rob Marion, who joined New Flyer in 1994 and most recently served as Vice President of Fabrication, has been appointed President of Motor Coach Industries (MCI), effective April 2, 2026. He will report to NFI President and CEO John Sapp. The role was previously held on an interim basis by former NFI CEO Paul Soubry until his retirement in January 2026.
NFI combined New Flyer and MCI into one operating unit to streamline operations amid the COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain challenges.
