Maruti Suzuki India Limited has achieved its highest-ever annual production volume of 23.4 lakh units in FY 2025-26, making it the only OEM in India to reach such a record for passenger vehicles. The Dzire, Fronx, Swift, Ertiga, and Baleno were the most produced models, each crossing the 2 lakh unit mark.

Maruti Suzuki operates four manufacturing facilities in Gurugram, Manesar, Kharkhoda (Haryana), and Hansalpur (Gujarat), with a combined installed annual capacity of 24 lakh units. The company aims to scale total production capacity to about 40 lakh units per annum, with the new facility expected to add 10 lakh units once fully operational.
